We had booked a bus ticket from jhalawar to Indore dated 1/4/18 by Redbus.in online site. the bus schedule was 6.05am. we were waiting at boarding point since 5:15 am on the dated journey. The phone number provided us, was switched off/ not working. When the bus did not come at the scheduled time.we called redbus call center and he provided us a different phone number, We called on that phone number and we got a reply that their agency don’t provide service from jhalawar to Indore. We again called redbus call center and they gave us false hope that bus will come as might be delayed due to some reasons, but the bus did not come.
