A very bad experience, will never suggest anyone

A very bad experience , will never suggest anyone to use this service .A mail conversation will explain everything.


I am sorry to say that I have really lost faith in redbus.in and oscar travels.I think you have not gone into the details of the mail. Oscar travels pick up points for my booked ticket was clearly mentioned in your website itself and it is Poonamalle RTO. Next thing is that the bus sheduled departure was 1.20 PM and it had left at 5PM from Poonamalle KFC, how could you think that a person will be late by 30min.


He was there from 1.20PM itself.These facts will have certainly made you think that who is wrong. And the last thing is that Oscar travels had provided me only one berth and how can he charge for 2 berths. It is all obvious that Oscar travels is cheating, I had taken the two premium ticket for semi sleeper and they changed it to sleeper that too in Jabbar travels by themself. Its really hopeless.


If you are supporting a cheater than really you are working as bad mediater, it was better to do manual booking, at least I could have a face to face interaction with the wrong doers. And I will really try my level best to make this known among my friend circle.I still have faith in redbus.in that you will get my money back.Its not that 600rs matters to me its the lost faith which is hunting me.Hope you can understand.

But at koyambedu they told me that the next semi sleeper bus is at 5.30pm and you have to go by sleeper only that too in Jabbar Travels Bus and they provided me the two berth.They also told that it would stop at Poonamalle RTO and I could take my friend in that.But before reaching Poonamalle RTO, it stopped at Poonamalle KFC and three person claimed my berths as they were having the reserved tickets for those birth.Finally I got one birth somehow but the ordeal didn’t stop here , the bus didnt stop at Poonamalle RTO and they left my friend at Poonamalle RTO.When I contacted the numbers provided in M Ticket , He started telling " this is all your fault, your friend should have to stand at Poonamalle KFC and we cant do any thing.After struggling much they told that my one ticket had been cancelled and I would get the refund within 24hours in my account.


In summary I had only one birth in place of two, Sleeper in place of Semi sleeper, Timing 5PM in place of 1.20PM, My friend left in chennai itself, Charged twice as I was having only one berth.


Do you think that in such kind of condition I will ever have a faith in redbus.in and oscar travels? Never.


This is the third day, and at least I want the refund of my one ticket and hope redbus will help me out in this or else you are equally responsible in cheating public.
