I have tried to use it to book bus tickets but I didn’t really have a good experience.
The booking was failed but the money got deducted and to get my money back I needed to contact the customer care many times and their response is not good.
Every time I called them, they would tell me that the refund has been initiated but I didn’t recieve it.
After a several calls and requests, finally they transferred the money to my account.
It would be nice if they improved their service.
Otherwise the site is very nice with almost all the booking to almost all the places.
