I had an extremely bitter experience with Redbus and that is what pushed me to right this against them. The website is all pretty and attractive and is user friendly too. If you are sure about your plans and you personally know the agent with whom you intend to book your tickets it might be fine to use redbus then. But if you are a new user like me, who has tentative plans and might want to cancel/change the plan later on, please, it is an earnest advice from me ’ don’t use redbus’.
They will take you for a ride. It is more than a month now and I have l ost Rs. 6, 000 (with no refund from them till date) despite I got a cash coupon from them which claims to refund me the money in 10 working days.
What I would say is that personally booking the tickets is far better than redbus.in because you get to check the travel agent in person and thus, that enables a credibility check which is certainly better than trusting lose words.
