I had very bad experience with ticket booking with Redbus last time. I booked ticket for 3 person from Goa to Pune in Redbus. They charged me Rs700 per ticket. I got ticket and confirmation. After a week I needed to cancel on of my seats as one person couldn’t come. I tried to cancel one seat out of 3. But, Redbus site never allows this. It allows you to cancel entire ticket for which there is 30% cancellation charges. Means cancellation charges for all 3 seats.
This is wrong and cheating. Also, you need to re-book 2 sea
