Hey there! My personal experience with the redbus app was hilarious. The app processing is too slow and there is no gaurantee in the referal scheme which is going on these days that is 100 rs per referal. The calander get touched automatically and any date gets selected.
The process of refund is also very slow .Once you commence your journey , the customer care officials are least interested in paying attention towards their customer’s feedback amd difficulties. In nutshell one must look for some other app to book bus tickets!
