I booked a ticket at redbus and cancelled it. They gave me cash coupon code of the refund amount Rs2199. I requested them to refund money to my account. They refunded only Rs 589. I requested for the remaining amount of Rs 1610.
They realized their(jaya mary-executive) mistake and confirmed over email and phone that I will be credited money with in few days. One and half month is over and I haven’t got refund. They dont reply to my email. This is not a company. It looks like few peoples are running it and cheating peoples.
