Worst service from Red bus.
have booked 12 seater vehicle from red bus for a family trip, I have also paid an advance for my booking and received the confirmation for my booking. Bus was supposed to leave at 9:30am on 1st Oct 2023 and I received a call from red bus team on 30th September at 10:00 pm that my booking has been cancelled. They are unable to send the vehicle in the morning.
I am speechless as I have made all my arrangements for the trip, and all the family members have gathered at my place. I have no other option than I have to cancel my trip. I don’t even have the time to book another travels vehicle at that late time. This is not at all a fare thing from Red bus.
