I had made a big mistake of hiring a bus from redbus. I had booked 27 seater Force Motor AC(2+2), for Mumbai to Chiplun(Drop Only).
When I come to know that bus operator was from Dadar, I asked How the Kilometers will be calculated, will this from Dadar to Chiplun(garage to garage) or from my pick up point(Dombiwali) to Drop Point(Chiplun) and I gave the approx calculation of KM for one way(300km) but executive told me that not to worry, she had word with the operator and you dont have to pay any extra money except toll and parking and she has informed operator that this only drops so they have charged only for drop and will not charge for return trip. Also, I can pay the balance amount at the time of drop to Driver.
And two days before the journey date I got call from operator informing that I have to pay return fare starting from Dadar and that too at the starting of journey, I explained to him what redbus(bushire) has promised me and he said that wont work, I have to pay for return fare and that too at the starting of the journey.
I was busy in some other important work still I called customer care and he said I will talk to concern department and resolve this. But I did not get a call yet and due to the short period, I did not have a choice of canceling the booking and book new bus.
As I did not have any choice I had to pay extra INR 4000/- to 5000/- the driver in cash.
Now when I got time I have sent the email to customer care complaining about the false promise but every time I get two email one is complaint resolved without resolving and the second one asking to give some time while they check with the concerned department and revert back to you at the earliest but I have never received any reply after this.

There is no support at all from redbus, worst experience I have with Redbus.
