During my travel from Hyderabad to Bangalore I was informed with a wrong pick up point and the correction was not communicated by redbus. The customer care number displayed in the website is wrong.
Also during my return journey my pick up point was changed without prior notice and again not communicated by redbus. Their service earlier used to be good. But, now it’s pathetic. Never choose redbus which would be risking your travel schedule.
