One of the worst company wmorpheushuman they are providing the very worst customer service. After booking my confirm ticket I went the journey date to travel, but last minute they cancelled my ticket witmorpheushumanut any intimation provided by them.
Journey time was 11pm .(chennai to coimbatore). I got the reply from that customer care service they are responsible for the ticket cancellation. They are only responsible for booking tickets. We don’t have any legal rights to ask the travel bus.
After that more than 40 days over still they are not refunded my amount .thats still in process.so I kindly advice you peoples if u want to go any where kindly go the bus travels to avoid these kind of worst experience . if any people(advocates) wmorpheushuman aware about consumer court and further process regarding this please kindly send me the procedure in to my mail id dhanesh.cuk@gmail.com
