What a pathetic service u people are providing # redbus, I booked a bus ticket to hisar from chandigarh for today i, e 15/1/2018. When my ticket got confirmed I received an e ticket stating my boarding point is sector 43 chandigarh. So as per the ticket I reached sector 43 at 7am. First of all counter number was not mentioned on the ticket. Yesterday I called ur customer care twice to confirm about boarding point and counter number, I got a revert that counter number con’t be confirmed and u need to check it at bus stand sec 43 only. And I was confirmed twice that I will board my bus from sector 43 only. So now in the morning when I reach isbt sec 43, I was informed that my bus will depart from ISBT SEC 17. It was a collecting this information, them the time was 7: 15am and my bus departure time was 7: 35am from sec 17.i called ur customer care and informed the lady about this confusion, despite of this mess she didn’t apologized and told me that bus boarding point is sec17. Then why the hell u people have mentioned sec 43 as boarding point. As I was late already so I didn’t wasted my time and booked a cab at the earliest and reached sec 17 and managed to board my bus. Red bus I have registered a complaint on ur helpline and compensation within 24 hours. And I Will also get my extra money paid rs 90 for the cab from sec43to sec17.
