Hi I’m writing this review on Redbus.in.
On 3rd Nov, 2017, I booked a bus ticket on redbus.in portal from Darbhanga to Patna. Seat that I booked was seat no. 10 which was clearly shown as window seat on web portal of Redbus.in.
But when I entered into bus, seat no. 10 was not window seat and when I asked to bus conductor that seat no. 10 was window seat at the time of booking ticket, he said sir seat no. 10 is not the window seat and showed his apology for that.
One more thing, seat was not as such as shown on redbus.in. seat was not comfortable for 4hrs journey.
