Redbus management and staff all are cheaters. On 31st May 2013, I booked ticket from Pune to Hyderabad using Redbus in svr volvo..
Bus brokedown within 250 kms... We traveled rest of our journey by sitting on floor of other buses of the same SVR traveler... Even few family ladies were also forced to travel like this... When I made written mail to Redbus support, they replied me that, they spoke to bus providers and bus was not broken down and reached the destination on time. May be because they will get bribes from that travel and even they are not showing comments made by me on svr traveller.... Usually they will delete bad comments and bad ratings and promote bus travelers as 5 star, 4 star rated buses... Those who r not ready to pay the commission, then also they will delete good comments of that bus and promote only the bad comments.....
There are other good online booking sites available..PLEASE DONT BOOK TICKETS IN REDBUS... IF YOU BOOK THEN YOU WILL PAY FOR THAT.SVR AND RED BUS BOTH ARE CHEATERS AND WORST THAN BEGGARS....
