Bus arrived at 1015 instead of 855.tried all the numbers sent to contact.person answering kept cutting the calls without giving proper information about the arrival of the bus keeping us just lost and worried in the middle of nowhere . Bus arrives as 10:15
Got into the bus and got to know that we have to change to another bus for bhuntar which wasn’t even mentioned anywhere while booking the ticket or after confirmation.
Such a horrible start just at the beginning of a journey. Atleast inform passengers about delays or change in buses.
Would definitely not travel or even think of booking through this site again.
