Booked a ticket from mangalore to hubli but I didnt receive a ticket, sms or email so I called customer care they asked me to send an email I got a reply within an hour they said transaction was not complete amount will be refunded.
AFTER 2 DAYS I sent them an email stating I didnt receive the amount I got a call in an hour they said it will be refunded soon. My amount was refunded. My suggestions to redbus try to make refund faster. 10 days is a bit late. Try to add search by departing time.
