Redbus has introduced referral program. I have done a referral & my referral has completed his first travel but referral amount not given to me as per policy. Raised a complaint with redbus support team, it’s been a month they didn’t even bother to solve my issue.
After couple of response they stopped responding itself. PATHETIC. If REDBUS can’t offer what they promise then why introduce such scheme. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Don’t believe redbus referral scheme.
