I have booked tickets for myself & my wife from Delhi to Udaipur(22nd Dec 16)& then Jodhpur to Jaisalmer(27th Dec 16).I called 3 different numbers & atlast got the driver number, as I wanted to know where to catch the bus & at what time(basic things).After I called 3-4 times the bus driver picked my call & he was so rudely talked something & disconnected immediately.So after 1 hour delay the bus reached & now as per website I should have got blanket & water etc.But nothing was there & I paid 20 rupees extra for blanket.The seat was also not clean .Next bus from Jodhpur to Jaisalmer was a really nightmare.
The seat was so dirty & smelly like a toilet.There were cow dung lying on seat & the bus conductor was so rude & manner less.The bus was so crowded & people were coming to share seat without our consent.It was really horrible servce from redbus.If you can not provide service in some small cities then u should discontinue service.Also I paid more then non internet charge & with least service.
