Never on time.
They will keep on messaging you atleast for 10 times you will receive similar message that if you are a female contact these in am emergency. They will give three number but nobody will receive call on those numbers. I was travelling in Neeta from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. Midnight at 3 bus stopped somewhere and a beggar came inside the bus, pulled my curtain and asked for money. I don’t know why do they even allow them to come inside. And on calling those emergency numbers they never received.
Not trustworthy at all. Don’t travel ever via this redbus and Neeta.
Staff also not good.
They just write that they will provide you blanket and wi fi and all but they don’t provide anything. Not even blanket if you feel so cold.
