So we booe boomed a ticket from red bus and the seats are very uncomfortable and they stop at many places in search of passengers which make us uncomfortable
Service : - Red bus provides bus service they have online booking system but that hangs many time , so many times the server is not working , once my friend booked a ticket and he wanted to cancel it before 48 hours and he could not cancel it because of their server issues , very bad service
Information : - the information they provide is not sufficient as the driver name they should give which is not there , in the app their is written that the seat's are booked but in reality they are not , this bus people conductor and driver stop many time in search of passengers which makes the existing passenger uncomfortable
User friendly : - the conductor was very rude , they are not user friendly in nature and behaviour
Time to load : - the bus in which I traveled reached the destination 2 hours late , very unhelpful service
