I got an issue on 11th Nov. I made two failed attempt to book a ticket from Rajkot to Ahmadabad. I did not get confirmation for seats nor my e-ticket was generated and sent to my email inbox. I did not get any message as well. However both the time payment was made and INR 775 was deduced from my account twice. When I notified this to Redbus, I got a confirmation for one of my refund, but the another was still pending. Again when I called to customer care number, but it took me 5-7 times before I could talk to someone. The person on the call asked me to wait for 7 working days before I can book a complaint. Also the payment is not yet credited. It takes another 7 days to proceed. I am completely dissatisfied with the service.
