I Made a reservation from Jammu to Delhi for 27th April 2018, with Trip Id - TM5S78368334,
My Bus Was scheduled at 9 PM from Jammu, When I went to enquire anout my Seat details from BUS operator Jamna Travels India at 8:40 PM, 1st he denied of the booking, later when forced, he said the Bus will leave 11 PM, When told them I Do not have any prior Intimation of any delay from RED BUS or them, to which he rudely replied that he don’t care and if I want to travel I will have to come by 11:00 pm, Then I told him about my urgency to reach on time(since my exam was scheduled accordingly) and advised to look for alternative and get me onboard on the bus on time, again his response was negative, I request him to take my cancellation request since the Red Bus app will not allow any cancellation since the bus departure time was less than 1 hr.
I clearly denied stating that for Online ticket they will not give any refund., Eventually left with No Options I tried calling Red Buss Helpline, waited for 30 minutes in which 3 executives through whom I got connected to simply disconnected my call without even listening to me. Feeling cheated and not left with any option I had to look for alternative, and boarded train wth General class ticket . and had to travel without a seat throughout the night,
I felt so cheated by RED bus and their Bus Operators, That I have decided to leave Red bus, I faced so much trouble, Paid for some service that was never given to me, Took a fresh ticket for train as alternative mode of journey, lost my peace of mind .
I request Red Bus to now – Refund my complete money for the journey . elsy I will be forced to take this up with Labor Court for Cheating me
