An amazing service by redbus that I need to share with u all. Story begins with online booking for royal bus services from Delhi to Lucknow. Reaching prior to boarding time I still Waited for an extra 1hr as the bus was not there. The numbers sent by redass people for the bus were all switched off. Then I tried these redass bus services customer support number and they also didn’t picked the call.
Wen bus arrived at the boarding point. I was surprised with the definition of Volvo category in bus. Wen I enteres the bus I observed sitting space was compact and the attitude of bus attendant was so annoying and abusive to all passengers.
Waiting for these redass buss services for prompt action on this complain if they do understand the customer pain.
