Please don’t book tickets Via red bus. These guys are pathetic. I booked a ticket for my sister Via red bus, but when she went for the journey, the operator didn’t issue her a seat saying bus is already full and they asked her to contact red bus. Customer care is hopeless.
They are neither responding nor processing refund now.
