WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT,WASTE OF TIME

Redbus is well know name in the field of bus ticketing online services. According to my knowledge it is one of the largest players in this segment. I choose it because of above two reasons only but I am suggesting to the people who read this dont ever choose redbus as your journey partner. From Jan 2017 many times my amount deducted but not ticket booked .One day when I faced the same problem again, I have called the support people but they told that within half-an-hour we will call you back but they did’t. After few attemts I asked again and they told that within 20 mins we will fix. in this way they wasted my whole weekend . When ever u called the customer support they ask for 20 mins . after so many attemts they told that your amount will refund by the system but we can not book a ticket with the money which diducted and ticket not booked. I have called 13 to 14 times with in a day and ask to book my ticket but again again they told that do fresh ticket and past ticket money will automatically come back. there is no words about redbus customer support. REd Bus customer supoort is the worst worst worst.
