I had booked the ticket from Hyderabad to ongole. I had only 2000 and used that amount. The amount got debited but it didn’t get booked. It was not the first time it’s 5th time happened to me.
When I called the customer care their response was sorry for the inconvenience ur amount will be refunded please book a fresh ticket. That day we couldn’t go as we were not able to adjust the amount and our relative had expired we went next day only to see his dead body.
