Hi friends now I will share my experience with the redbus.in last month I travelled in KMBT travels using redbus website. The service number is 15A, ( bhel: -) the dropping point is hydernagar kphb hyd when I reached their I lost my language which was kept in lagguage section. Why this incident occurs I will tell you ie, the bus driver travel without claner or any other staff in the bus. Before starting the bus I requested driver to write my seat number on my language. The driver not listen your language have no problem you get into the bus after I reached only I knew no lagguage in the language section I lost my things like clothes my old phone some other personel things also I lost. Im not feeling happy with the kmbt travels and redbusbus website .
