I booked a ticket online from gurgaon to jaipur on 13th jan evening. a message came to me on my cell. in which booking agent name and no is there that is Shrinath Nama Travel Agency, 0744-2320683. I called on this no. and told him about my booking. he told me where to stand on boarding point. my boarding time was 11:15 pm. I reached there 11:03 pm, I waited till 11:20 pm then called again on the same no than he gave me another no acknowledged as driver. I called on 2nd no, he told me he already crossed my location and far 20 km now and advised me to reach by 12:30 to Dharuhera 50 km away. am standing over the road at midnight no bus is around after 1 hr I got a local cab, he is ready to drop me to there charged some extra as am needy. I got the bus, they are waiting for me at said location. I trashed on the driver, he showed me a print in that my booking is not mentioned so that they didn’t stop on my boarding point . I just cooled down and thought where is his falut .but who is responsible for coordinating. I don’t know . redBus service is reliable for me till this experience but now I will never rely on red bus . instead I can take a volvo from bus stand.
