I booked a ticket from Chennai to mayiladuthurai by debit card on red bus. They deducted money but they are not allotting seats for me. They send me a email and sms regarding the ticket confirmed without seat number. I went to the boarding point on time and the conductor ask my seat number and I shown this message and he replied that all the seats are filled and he told me to call customer care . They didnt respond me properly . In this case I lost my 600 rs and I get 300 rs as refund and journey also delayed and cost me extra 500 rs.! This is my experience with red bus.
Their service is very poor. Their content are decent. The time to load pages is excellent. But they cheated me
