A few hours before the journey starts, they send reminder message of time, and boarding point. The buses they allocate are also fine. In case of cancellation, we can get back the money with a deduction of some penalty. After the journey, they send email for knowing the feedback of the customers. Both their website and app are easy to use. We can book the seat whichever we want. Sometimes they send discount code to my email. If I enter the discount code while booking the ticket, I can avail some discount also. So I highly rate and recommend Redbus.in
