Worst Service!
I booked a ticket for 2nd October TGAV28872879. I got a confirmation mail from Redbus. But to my utter surprise when I went to board the bus, I was denied. The bus operator said, we dont entertain red-bus tickets. It came as a shock to me. Since, it was a Puja season, there was no other bus available. I have to stay over that night at my friends place only to take a bus the very next day.
I tried reaching to your inefficient customer service on 3rd October, I was promptly given a complaint ID 10972307 saying its a task of a so called special team who will cater to my complaint in next 24 hrs. But till now I am waiting for that call.
I think the basic problem which kicked your founder to initiate red-bus still remains unsolved.
