I have booked ticket from Hyd to Gudivada on 13th May 2014 whatever the no mentioned on ticket 9246462053 not working bus supposed to come at 10 PM at Metro Till we have waited 11 PM since no trace no information then took another bus to reach our destination after taking ticket on another bus.
Travels guy called us saying that bus is delayed. Even if I contact Redbus sent mail at 13th May 2014 no response. I have recordings and screenshot of Conductor incoming call how to proceed further. Even I called redbus and travels no one is responding.
