I have booked a ticket from Redbus on 29/02/213 for journey at 06/02/2014 from Chennai to Mumbai in Oscar Travels. The ticket got confirmed and I boarded the bus at koyambedu, Chennai on 06/01/2014 at 7:55 am. I have paid a total of Rs.1490 for the ticket. After reaching Bangalore, I could not get the connecting bus to Mumbai from Oscar travels. On inquiry, I was told that the bus was cancelled and the travel agent forgot to inform me prior journey. I have been really stressed out mentally at this situation and dissatisfied with the service provided.
After having an argument with Oskar travel agent and Red bus coordinator over phone, I left for Mumbai from Bangalore in a different bus. I was asked to raise for a cancellation request stating the complaint through mail. The Oscar travel agent and redbus coordinator(from call center no.) also agreed for refund and I trusted them. Now I have been calling redbus for atleast 5 to 6 times for the past 1 month, so many complaint numbers have raised. Still no response. My money is gone I guess. I have never seen such a service anywhere. In spite of having a Customer Call center, such things happen.
