I booked a bus from Delhi to Mussoorie through RedBus. Booking was quite easy and user friendly however the real time experience was worst. First of all they changed the pickup point. Then they changed the bus departure time and when the bus arrived at the pick up point I didn’t get the seat which I selected. The worst part was they dropped us around 1.5 KM away from the main drop point i.e Picture palace(Mall Road), in that hilly area at 4:30 AM. I didn’t get any taxi during that time till hotel.
