Worst customer service. Referred a friend and he is waiting for referral money since ages. I am also waiting for free charge cashback since so long. Contacted customer service 3 times and no resolution. If u want to use your referral and free charge money, don’t use redbus. It sucks.
Their support team don’t know how to handle escalations. They also close my case Case #RB-1242016-4364XX without any resolution.
