I booked AC sleeper from Bangalore to Mumbai through Redbus. It costed me Rs 2000/- on Sharma transport. Just to check the cost, I went and checked at local transport provider in BTM layout. He had tie up with Sharma transport. Same AC sleeper ticket he was selling for Rs 1500.
I had booked two tickets, when I cancelled one ticket I got refund in form of cash coupon from Redbus, which can be only used with Redbus for other travel with Redbus.
It’s better to book with local travels, it’s cheaper and fair refund policy.
