I booked a ticket from mumbai to goa via redbus on Monday, but it somehow got stuck on the payment gateway...so good about Redbus is that an executive immediately called me saying that sir, were you trying to book a ticket? as a matter of fact YES!!! the person took all my details and booked me a ticket the fare of the ticket was Rs.800 per person Volvo 2+2 Sleeper, two days later when I was checked the booking on the site, the fare was changed and it was Rs.700 now!!! I immediately called up the red bus customer care to check....and its been 2 days since they haven’t reverted back...
Whenever I call them they just either say Sir, there’s a technical issue when you book the ticket they charge 800 only but that’s not the fact they charge 700 only or either they say, the agent have revised the rate and will check and call back to you...but unfortunately there’s no call from Redbus team...this is actually a fraud thingy and I suggest anyone booking the ticket from redbus crosscheck and verify before booking the tickets.
