I’ve booked a ticket from Bangalore to Bagalkot with the following details:

Journey date: 6th of December
Seat no: 23
Request no: 101123134
But when I got into the bus they the seat no 23 has been booked by somebody else and they didnt allowed me to get in.
So I traveled in another bus to Hubli then to Bagalkot. Can you please refund Rs 600.00? Now Varalakshmi travels people are telling I didn’t took the bus which they are telling lie.
I’m really very unhappy with the Redbus now.
