One of the earlier travel itineraries booked through redbus was cancelled.

I find that the amount is not yet processed. The whole exp was painful, coz I booked the tickets for 2 passengers. We were there at the counter and the counter was shut and there was no information of prior cancellation. Upon calling up the no. on the ticket, they told bus was cancelled and redbus was informed. Redbus also hadnt called to inform us earlier.
Upon calling redbus repeatedly and waiting for like 15 mins on phone (which seems to be the painful norm these days) I came across an agent who tells me it was cancelled and I will be refunded only to be left stranded.
The whole exp. left a very bad taste and a bad experience.
On top of this, now I find that the payment is also not processed yet.
Can you give me a status on it?
I had been a loyal customer of redbus for over 4 years now, but now I am wondering, if I have to really rethink.
