This is the worst way to book your travel! This is wht happened to me. I booked a ticket from CBE to BLR using redbus, they charged me 1100 rs for it.. I was ok with it as long as I had the convenience of booking the ticket online and get a guaranteed mode of travel.. But that was all a myth as I realized the hardway. Just an hour before my actual travel I get a call from the service provider saying the bus is cancelled and I will have to chose an inferior mode of travel!
I was like how can u do this. I then call redbus and ask for an explanation, the answer "sir, we are not responsible for cancellations". MY q was.. then what is your responsibility when you issue a ticket... and guess what there was no answer? Well then I wore my take it all Indian attitude and consoled myself saying this happens maybe something went wrong with the bus and they had to cancel it. But alas!!! here comes the big surprise, I reach the travel service and the bus which was "cancelled" is very much running and there are other happy passengers traveling it paying a meager 700 rs/ticket!
So basically, booking a ticket with redbus means, you pay more money for a service you are not guaranteed!! Wah Wah! Dont u think they should really stop this business and work to create a website for people who know how to really run a business! Please support me and stop using their service
