It was the worst customer support I ever got. I got two tickets booked from Goa to bangalore on sunday and they gave me tickets for some travels at 5:30 PM. when I went to the travels to confirm the ticket, it was a shock to me when I came to know that they have service only at 8:30. when I tried to ask the customer care of redbus about the same, they could neither give me a ticket for 5:30 by other travels nor were they having the minimum courtesy to give me a solution.
The ridiculous part is that the customer care executive says that she had put the departure timing JUST LIKE THAT with out confirming from the travels. I had to waste my 2 hours of phone bills in roaming to know that I will reach bangalore only at 1230 on Monday instead of 6:30. My entire holiday mood sucked just because I used the redBus service to book my ticket.
