Never use Redbus to book tickets ..because the list of bus services listed there are poor quality idiots like OMAR..SVR travels..Zabbar..these are all third class local travels whose buses look just like normal passenger carriers in K.R market bangalore. I booked a ticket to hyderabad in svr travels at 1100rs.. Even a garuda a/c wld have costed me 900 rs but I thought this must an executive service..
The bus arrived at one hour delay and after seeing the bus I got shocked since it was a damn old bus without AC atleast.. I dint let my sister to take the bus as the bus ambience itself was not good. Finally I called up redbus for refund..they asked me to send a mailto support. Team. I did so but after two days, I got a mail saying that they have enquired about the bus and it was in a very good condition. So they couldn’t refund. I dont know what kind of scrap idiots these guys are..
Guys, nowadays every standard travels like vrl..Diwakar..kesineni have their own websites. Please go and book there. Don’t use this scrap website..
Even if want to book in redbus, book only standard travels..
