Guys, Never go for RED BUS. The refund policy is fraud. I had booked a ticket through red bus but the date I selected was wrong. As soon as I came to know I mailed them and requested for date change, but they did not replied me.
If you book directly from the related travel agency you have the option to change the date once. But in RED Bus you don’ t have the same.
NEVER BOOK A TICKET FROM RED BUS. THEY ARE JUST FRAUD AND THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
