"Redbus" was what first struk me whenever it means travel. But this was way back in 2010-2012 mid. The scenario now is completely different. Each time I book a ticket I end up in problems. A list of them detailed below:
Fristly, whenever I start to book a tiket, the money would be deucted however no ticket booked .phew!(happened multiple times.)
In this proces of requesting for re-funds blah blah.i realised that the customer care ppl are a bunch of impolite guys.!i dont want to generalise it but most of the time people end up being impolite.in all cases the customer has to call the customer care which is not toll-free and these people at redbus keep teh uatomer on hold for a loong time and teh icing on caake I sthat one will get to hear things like "i don kno", "the operator has done it, we have no say", " u r confusing me", etc., .
Secondly, Till date it has happened thrice that a ticket I booked(much earlier that time of travel) got cancelled jus a lil before my travel time. In all 3 cases I saw that the bus operates a service at the same time but with a higher price for the same ticket. So, the cheap trick being that the operates wants to make money, hence cancelled the ticket. This is totally an operators choice however, whuy doesnt redbus keep a control on such inidnets. Thisi s not a complaint ratehr a sggestion. Coz I see no much use buying a ticket on redbus or any other orange, blue, blak.etc., .
Thridly, I recently dsicovered that they do not hav a means to check multiple money deductions and when something like this happens multiple reminders have to go to the redbus team for initiating the refund. in my case transactions as old as 3 months are yet pending.
With all these bitter experiences I have lost complete faith in Redbus.in!
I se no more good customer service or integrity in the organization except for their firm winning accolades as one of the most innovation start-ups in asia or world! sad state of customers!
