I recently booked my ticket on Redbus, for the operator Sai Dasari travels. Redbus promised me to get a stop near my house and in reality, the bus operator dropped me 3.5 km away.
When I asked the bus operator, that fellow recklessly replied, I did not issue the ticket, write a complaint if you want.
So, I made a complaint ID: 5221310. The redbus idiots then put up a drama that they are checking with the bus operator(for 3 days). after that they called me and said, "the operator says vehicles were not allowed on that road" . what nonsense!
The bas*ds don’t have commonsense that how did I go home after the travel operator left me midway?
Without making any conclusion, the Redbus closed my complaint.
Beware guys! Redbus & their operators . both are big frauds.
