Please avoid booking tickets using Redbus.in
Incident#1:
I booked once for the bus timing 7.30pm from Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. We arrived by boarding point by 7PM. We waited till 8 pm and called the Redbus contact number... they gave me the particular travels phone number.. I called them, simply they said the timing mentioned in the Redbus website is wrong and the bus will arrive only at 10.30 to Thiruvanmiyur but it arrived only at 11.30 PM.. we waited on the roadside with our 1 yr old baby .. It was a worst experience.
Incident#2:
My very close friend booked the ticket frm Chennai to Bangalore through Redbus.in and arrived the boarding point on time. The bus not arrived and he called the Redbus office and they gave the Travels phone number... He tried to call them but the number is not working.. Again he called Redbus, they are not even ready to answer him. Simply saying that "try the number and we can’t do anything".
Bus haven’t arrived and couldn’t travel that night. Again he called the redbus and they are not ready to hear his problem at all...
