I had run into some issue when trying to book at Redbus for which I called their helpline, was asked to send an email to their support team and did not get a response for 7 long days despite 2 reminders.
After 7 days and 2 reminders, I got a standard cut paste reply which really irked me and prompted to post my issue here on MouthShut to vent out my frustration!
I am happy to say that posting the review brought the issue to their notice and they acknowledged the error. Considering that they responded, I am editing my review and re-posting here.
I do not wish to malign anybodys image/goodwill and I wish them well.
