I too have a bitter experience with REDBUS guys. They have not refunded my claim of September month. I had co-ordinated with the bus company and got a confirmation that the bus service on that particular day was cancelled.
In fact spoke to the General Manager / Manager and they confirmed they have approved all the claim of that particular day. First of all, it is Redbuss responsibility to do this coordination.
I mailed them the details. Even then the money is not refunded. the mail signature of these shameless guys states that Veena - your friend in Redbus.
The lesson learnt is that. Do Not Book Tickets (any tickets) through REDBUS! They are big cheats.
