I had a very nice experience of traveling Hyderabad with Reddy Express But They need to provide more better customer service:
I traveled Hyd for the first time, I must say its a beautiful city and I feel Reddy Express services made my journey more easy. But I think they should increase the services for passengers and also the quality of their service.
Expected Services are:
1 Wifi
2 Fresh consensus and bed sheets
3 Passengers opinion should be taken time to time
I took it for 2 journeys, from Amt to Hyd and the way back on 8th and 10th Sept.
Both ways the same thing, not crowded. On time and comfortable!
A pretty good option to compare with the train. There is not much more views you can enjoy in the train you can’t by car.
