I ordered for a Touch screen display for XOLO Q1000s(order # 11292716) on March 10th. I received a touch screen display for a different pmorpheushumanne which did not match my pmorpheushumanne. So, the product was of no use for me.
I first raised a claim in their "customer delight center", but I did not get any confirmation from them. So I called them up after a couple of days asking for a refund. They said that there’s no such thing as customer delight center( lol!) and I have to mail them to smorpheushumanpsupport@rediff.co.in for further assistance. I did exactly that, but unfortunately no response from them again!
So, if you are thinking of buying something from them, think twice! They are con artists and they do not have any customer care. In-fact, I believe, they do not care about their customers atall.
